These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website, products, services, and SMS/text messaging program (collectively, the "Services") offered by JJ Manifesting LLC ("JJ Manifesting," "Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a limited liability company organized in the State of Arizona.

By accessing or using the Services, opting in to our text messaging program, or otherwise providing your mobile number to us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. SMS / Text Messaging Program Terms (A2P)
This section sets out the terms of our Application-to-Person (A2P) text messaging program and is required for carrier and Campaign Registry compliance. Where this section conflicts with any other part of these Terms regarding SMS, this section controls.
1.1 Program Name and Description
The program name is JJ Manifesting (operated by JJ Manifesting LLC). When you opt in, you may receive text messages such as application and account updates, appointment and call scheduling reminders, customer care responses, coaching and program notifications, and promotional offers.
The types of messages you receive will match the use case we registered for our A2P campaign. We do not send message content outside of our registered use case.
1.2 Consent and Opt-In
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in (for example, by checking an unchecked consent box on our website form, replying to a start keyword, or providing your number in writing in connection with a request), you give your express consent to receive text messages from JJ Manifesting LLC at that number, including messages sent using automated technology.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. You are not required to agree to receive marketing text messages in order to buy any product or service from us.
We obtain consent separately for each business and each program. We do not rely on consent collected by, or shared from, any third party. Your opt-in applies only to messages from JJ Manifesting LLC.
You confirm that you are the subscriber to, or the customary user of, the mobile number you provide, and that you are authorized to opt that number in.
1.3 Message Frequency
Message frequency varies and depends on your interaction with us. Recurring messages may be sent based on your activity, requests, or program enrollment.
1.4 Costs — Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply for each message sent to you and from you, according to the plan provided by your wireless carrier. For questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider. JJ Manifesting LLC does not charge a fee for the messages themselves unless expressly stated at opt-in.
1.5 How to Opt Out (Cancel)
You can cancel the SMS program at any time. Simply reply STOP to any message you receive from us. You may also use any other recognized opt-out keyword, including UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT. Capitalization, spacing, and punctuation do not affect your opt-out.
After you send STOP, we will send you a one-time confirmation message acknowledging your request, and you will no longer receive text messages from us unless you opt in again. We honor and maintain opt-out requests for the period required by applicable law (in certain states, opt-out records are retained for up to 10 years).
1.6 How to Get Help

1.7 How to Rejoin
If you have opted out and wish to rejoin, simply opt in again the same way you originally signed up, and we will resume sending messages to you.
1.8 Supported Carriers and Delivery
Carriers (including, but not limited to, T-Mobile, AT&T, and Verizon) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed by JJ Manifesting LLC. JJ Manifesting LLC will not be liable for any delays, failures in delivery, non-delivery, or technical issues related to the transmission or receipt of any text message.
1.9 Privacy
We respect your privacy. We will not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number, opt-in information, or SMS consent with any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Information you provide is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy: https://apply.jjmanifesting.com/privacy-policy. 1.10 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to enroll in or use the SMS program.
2. The Services Generally
JJ Manifesting LLC providesone-on-one love and relationship manifestation coaching and an online membership community. We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.
3. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose; (b) infringe the rights of others; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Services or related systems; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account or system; or (e) use the Services to send unsolicited, deceptive, or prohibited messages.
5. Payments
If you purchase any product or service, you agree to pay all applicable fees and any taxes. Fees, billing cycles, and refund terms (if any) will be disclosed at the point of sale. Unless stated otherwise, all sales are subject to the refund policy in effect at the time of purchase:all sales are final.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property made available through the Services are owned by JJ Manifesting LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.
7. No Guarantee of Results (Educational / Informational Disclaimer)
Any coaching, courses, content, or materials we provide are for educational and informational purposes only. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, result, income, financial, health, emotional, or other result from use of the Services. Individual results vary and depend on many factors outside our control. Nothing we provide constitutes professional medical, mental health, legal, or financial advice, and you should consult a qualified professional before acting on any information.
8. Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JJ MANIFESTING LLC AND ITS MEMBER, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICES GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JJ Manifesting LLC and its member, managers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
11. Third-Party Links and Services
The Services may contain links to third-party websites or services that we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause or notice. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted with a new "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
